Paulino Arias
Owner & Husband
Paulino Arias is a Costa Rican Property Manager and self taught Businessman. He is the Founder and Chief Executive of Primario Enterprises, as well as the General Manager of Lomas del Mar, a Residential Complex in Carrillo Guanacaste.
Born with an entrepreneurial mindset and inspired by his hustling father, he started his first trading deals from age 9 selling his own lunch break sandwiches to his school classmates, moving later to work with his parents where he helped design and transform a one-man venture into a competitive family business in the A/C industry, winning contracts with the biggest residential projects of the region. Paulino has worked with one of the most competitive Property Management Firms and he himself holds an exclusive track of management and sales of Luxury Real Estate in the Gold Coast.
Massiel Ruiz
Co-Owner & Wife
Massiel is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in customer service and entrepreneurship. Born and raised in a family-owned seafood business, she was immersed in the world of business from a young age. This early exposure allowed her to develop exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in English, which she speaks fluently.
With a passion for helping others, Massi (as she prefers being called) has specialized in owner and member services, excelling as a top concierge. She is adept at anticipating and addressing client needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Her strong work ethic, combined with her natural ability to build rapport, makes her an invaluable asset to any team.
